      I’ve been trying to request last year’s transcripts so I can see if I am a weekly or a daily. I kept trying and getting error messages. Finally I got this. Can someone tell me what it means? Will I have a delay now? :(

          I got the same thing but mine said to try again in 24 hours. everything has to be exact or nothing works. 24hrs later on the dot I was able to try again

            Probably means you made too many attempts.
