Transcripts let me order account with old address????

So i was finally able to get into my account to order transcripts, would not pull it up with old address, but would let me order with my old address. should i be worried, or is it still in the process of updating??

That’s how everything was for me, I was only able to order with my old address, but only my account transcript. Just today I was able to order with my transcript both my return and account with my current address. So I guess everything has processed but I have to wait til after the 15th

This is a IRS direct number that you can call for a live agent, no long wait time. You’ll only have to wait a minute or 2. I was in the same situation this past Thursday. The Agent updated my info while on the phone. The next day I was orderable to order both transcripts online Hope this helps you.

But that also a good sign, means we are rolling, Im a weekly so i should update all this week with a return transcript hopefully by this friday i guess

Yea I’m on the same boat, can order with old address not the new.This typically means we are being processed with nothing complete yet..

Ok so thats normal then? Kinda strange it took me from the 26th to yesterday to start processing, cause i was unable to order account yesterday with either old or new addresss

So no alarms just kinda wait it out then ?

Still processing. When your return transcript is ready you will have to use your new address.

Sorry i wouldn’t let me order 2016 account transcript with new address but old address.. is that a sign of it updating or usually a issue, anyone have this same problem?>
