Transcripts: diff between wrong info and wrong address

Wondering if anyone knows the difference. One day when trig to order transcripts it said “the information I put in was incorrect” now it says the “address I provided is incorrect. Any views on this?

Mine is now saying “The information you have entered does not match our records.” For Both my old and new address now. However, my old address still works when I call. Maybe progress?

mine has been doing the same thing
it just keeps going back and forth between allowing you to use an old address to acquire previous years transcripts when it says wrong address

when it says wrong info it wont let you do anything

I filed with my new address and the automated system still doesn’t recognize it when I try to order transcripts

I literally moved two houses down at the end of the year I hope this isn’t the reason for it taking so long
