Hi everyone! I have a question. My transcripts changed to account balance 0. I’m assuming it is because they sent the payment?
Has anyone experienced this? I don’t have code 846 refund sent. WMR says processing but we all know they updates last.
This is my first year checking transcripts so im new to looking at them. Has anyone had there balance go to zero without an 846 code and received there refund, in prior years?

          Ugh!

Lol… Don’t listen to Brandon, as long you have a 846 code with the correct amount, you’re good.

It means that there was an error and you are not receiving a refund, it also means you owe nothing. It’s a wash.

              Ugh!

It means they have issued your payment and there is a $0 balance on your account. This is exactly what you want to see.

TT users with Advance from CKM, this should help!

Long story short, it will be the DDD or the night before at the earliest. It states this in your paperwork, IF you received an advance.

                    Okay Franklin746

I actually just took the persons advice above. The 846 code with the deposit amount is listed at the very bottom of my transcript instead of the top! Hope this helped!

                      Hello Franklin407!

I am facing this same situation. My WMR has the correct amount though with a 2/24 DDD as well, but my transcript balance went to 0 several days ago but no 846 code in the transaction history. I am looking for answers as well. I will post any updates, please do the same!

I got my 846 today with date of 2/24/22 – So, what should I expect now? WMR still says “we’ve received your return and it is being processed” blah blah blah…

I also am a bit confused my refund is supposed to be in 5 digits as well and my 846 shows a positive $504 with a DDD of 02-24-2022.
So looking my amount beside my 846 adds up to Fed tax paid and child care credit, for some reason not including EIC and ACTC. Which I have both 766 and 768 codes with -$x,xxx
Up top shows a balance of -$xx,xxx not including the $504 now.
Have no offsets and triple checked everything on return. Its 100% accurate.

Check for 846 at the bottom of your account transcript.

It’s at the bottom not at the top of the transcript
