Transcripts available today and shows cycle and refund issue date, PATH

Filed 1/17 with TurboTax, Accepted same day. Have had 1 bar and tt152 since no 9001 like everyone else. No transcripts available yesterday, checked today and boom they are there with a cycle of 20190404 and shows a refund issue date of 1/29/2019.Does this mean it will really happen 1/29? I am Path and thought they wouldn’t issue a refund till late February?

I was able to order 2018 transcripts through mail. Both transcripts were showing could that mean I’m processed?

CTC is not a PATHER prerequisite. You need ACTC or EIC to get stuck in the Pather boat. Child Tax Credit is not a flag and if your only claiming CTC you wont be waiting. Congrats

What’s the code next to your ddd? I believe it has to be 846 in order for it to be actually issued.

Would that be fantastic! I have seen a few with that date as well, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

CTC has never been apart of PATH, only ACTC and EIC are. But I have seen a few PATH people have dates of the 29th as well

I am a divorced father and have claimed my 3 kids for 10 years. Not sure when the Path Act started but last year I filed late January ,claimed CTC and had my DD 2nd week of February. From what I gathered in the forums last year I shouldnt have been able to get funds until after late February. So I’m getting the feeling it can go either way. It seems I’m in the test batch this year [FILED 01/12 ACCEPTED 01/22] so I’m interested to see how this goes.

I don’t know but please let us know! My transcript is showing n/a and I’m one of the test batchers with the 9001 code and EIC. This is the first year I’ve ever been eligible for any kind of credit so I’m happy to get it but bummed about the delay.
