Transcripts and Refund

I am not understanding this whole process. I filed and was accepted on 1/21/2015. It is now March 11. I have spoken to a rep 4 times and wait an hour every time to what seems to me a run around. First they told me my name (I got married last year) and was told I should receive a letter. My 21 days had passed and I was told to wait until the following week because they weren’t sure what the problem is. I called a week later same answer but now its being reviewed and no letter sent. Waited called again told that it had been in the review section but they were finished and should receive my refund shortly. Spoke to someone again today and now they said again that it was randomly selected for review that they didn’t receive it until a month after it was actually received, that I should receive a letter and to wait 45 days until april 30. I don’t understand what is going on and I never received a letter. I can load my transcripts which has a 570 and 971 with dates in April. ???? Please help.

I filed injured spouse and mailed it off on May 31 2017 how do I find out about when it is processsed and when I can receive it? And where do I find these transscripts you talking about
