      Tried to register to get my transcripts and got this message:

      “A condition has been identified that is preventing your access to IRS online services. You will not be able to use this service. Please click “Continue” to view alternatives”

      Anyone else get this? Know what it means? I am EIC.

          I have this same thing popping up. Did you figure out what the condition is preventing online access?

            Sounds like the “identity verification” process….. could mean a long time before you get a refund it took me and extra 2 months last year

              EITC alone isn’t causing this. It must be something else. Hope that helps, good luck!
