Went to order my transcripts for 2018 tax season , it let me order for payments and adjustments but then when i went to order tax return and account transcripts it says they are having technical difficulties and to call back does this mean they are not ready

Accepted 1/25/19

No EIC or ACTC

  I filed 1/24 and accepted the same day. My transcripts were updated today showing a direct deposit for 02/06

  Accepted 1-22-19
  1 bar since 1-22 however this morning at 440 am {workout time] I got a no information screen.
  At 6am I have “your return is in process we will notify you of a dd”
  Only CTC so no PATHER.
  Checked for transcripts and 2018 is still “Blank”
  SSA does not show my income yet.
