      SO I AM ABLE TO ORDER (BY MAIL) MY ACCOUNT TRANSCRIPTS AND MY RETURN TRANSCRIPTS, DOES THAT MEAN I AM GOOD TO GO AND EVERYTHING WILL BE APPROVED AND DEPOSITED SOON??

          I am not able to order transcripts online. It keeps giving me the technical difficulty message. But I was able to pull up my nephew’s online. I am able to order the transcripts over the phone to be mailed. What does this mean? Why can’t I order them online?

            I was finally able to order my return transcripts this morning as well. Hopefully that’s a good thing because I have been stuck on the processing message for weeks with no change
