I need help. I seriously don’t know what to do about viewing my transcripts. Okay, let me explain. I filed 2/2..accepted within 5 minutes. WMR updated to the PATH ACT message on the 9th or 10th. I couldn’t remember my IRS account information to view my transcripts so I done everything it told me to but still can’t access my account. It told me to RE-register but since my husband worked and I’m not first on the tax return anymore (i was primary since I made the money but now he is) it’s saying that I have to use the primary tax payer info….but it won’t let me view them online because we don’t have credit cards or homeloans …it wants us to enter the account number to confirm idenity. We had to end up ordered trans by mail BUT we only tried the return trans. Not the account. Is there ANY WAY that we could get around this and view them online. Should I call??
