I filed on 1/11. Accepted on 1/12. WMR shows accepted/in process. Can’t order 2016 transcripts yet. Do you think DD will be this week?

I was able to order transcripts on Friday and woke up to a 2/1 DD date on WMR on Saturday.

@kim Thanks- That’s where I went but it is aksking for more identifying info this year than I remember from last year. If I remember correctly, I just put in a little info and they were emailed to me or came right up. This time, it is asking for mortgage info, car payment info, my first born child….. lol Thanks !

Can anyone please remind me where to go to order transcripts ? I searched the IRS website, and it wanted to verify my identity etc. I don’t remember doing that last year. It seemed much easier, and it didn’t recognize me from before so I don’t think that I am in the right spot. Thanks !

                  Thank you both.

I wonder if you can still be approved without having transcripts available yet. I’ll see what happens after tonight’s update on WMR. Keeping fingers crossed. :)

I was able to order both transcripts online but they show a refund issue date of February 13 even though I filed on 7 Jan and return was accepted y the IRS on 13 Jan. I hope this doesn’t mean I am lumped in with those who filed EITC and other tax credits as I am single, don’t have any dependents or tax credits.

Probably not. They are delaying most refunds this year because of a new law for people claiming the child tax credit and the earned income credit. If you did not claim either of these, then you should be ok.
