Transcript updates

Does anyone actually know how often transcripts update? Is it once a day, once a week. All of my transcripts say N/A right now and for wage it says no record on file.

@sparticus19 not that I know of. You can try to call tomorrow and see if they got your info. That’s as far as I’ve made it myself.

@cadkins85 is there anything else I need to do since I already faxed the 911 form and last pay stub over to local TA? i haven’t been able to speak to anyone yet…

@cadkins. Ive been trying to get ahold of a TA for over a week and a half, so I faxed form 911 and my last pay stub from that employer, to my local TA offices yesterday. Cover letter explaining who I am and copies.

@sparticus19 that was a pretty common theme this year..and I’ll almost guarantee if you ask said employer they’ll assure you they sent it. You’re gonna need a TA and either a letter from your employjer verifying you worked there and what your earnings were or your last paystub and the name and number of someone who can verbally verify you worked there.

I filled on 2/22/20 was accepted on 2/23
Bars disappeared with message we have recieved ur tax return and it’s still being processed. A refund date will be available
On 3/16 got letter idv
ID verfied on 3/18
On 3/22 message changed from still being processed to being processed.
Today 3/28 woke up to bar ls refund sent
DDD April 1
Payment will in account no later than the 6th

@sparticus19 its weird that you got held for wage verification but don’t have the codes 570 or 971 notice issued. The 4/15 is just the standard date the IRS is supposed to have everything worked out by but it doesn’t mean anything. Did you get a cp05 letter in the mail? How do you know you’re on hold for wages?…@zandria I don’t know about yours at all. You might wanna call the offset hotline just to make sure he didn’t owe something.

Hi, I got a notification that my husband owes back child support. He is current. Our refund was taken. But on my transcript it doesn’t give the 826 code. Wondering if this updates daily or it could not be current?

Hey guys i’m new and don’t know where to post. I got held for wage verification. It shows my credits and stuff on my transcript for 4/15. What does that mean? Is that just the original deadline for submitting taxes? I’m confused. Codes: 766,768,806 all dated for 4/15.

I didn’t update either, and it looks like Carrie didn’t as well. Our day will come, at least we had the opportunity to send in what was needed to have everything move back along the production line…instead of wondering what was wrong, etc. Better believe I will never, ever, ever file early EVER again. 📣 NEVER!

WMR has updated today, refund approved should be sent to my bank by April 1.

I updated to code 846 with a refund check mailing date of 4/6. IRS changed my payment method from DD to check.

2/27 F/A
3/8 lost bars “still processing”
3/23 no bars, “still processing” but transcripts updated from N/A to codes 150, 806, 971 and 570
3/28 transcripts updated to codes 150, 806, 971, 570, 571, 846

Check WMR tomorrow and see if you see an update. But you can always order your transcripts through mail, I believe it takes up to 2 weeks to get to you. My transcripts updated but not WMR. Everyone is saying it should update tomorrow. Hopefully you are in our batch of updates

Oh okay I can’t access mine due to me not having a loan or credit card I can only request by mail unfortunately. I’m a weekly update as well so that’s why I asked. Had to IDV 3/16 changed from “still being processed” to “it is being processed” 3/18

Yes if you have an account on its website you can check transcript. You’ll want to check the account transcript not the other 3 as that’s one that has codes you’ll look for. Look for the 846 code and it usually has date you’ll recieve your DDD

Yes if u have an account on the irs website you can check your transcripts. I set mine up last yr due to issues with my injured spouse form but I check it a couple times a week to see if any updates. I’m a weekly so it’s usually on fridays but sometimes its twice a week.

Mines updated today as well, 846 code for 4/1. So we’ll see if WMR updates. I’ll post if it did and post when I actually see them coins in my bank account lol

So I checked my transcript last night at 8pm and no update. Checked today just now and I have my 846 code saying refund issued 4-1-2020 so I’m guessing that my wheres my refund will update tomorrow morning.

Transcripts can update all day as people finish or work on your returns. If it’s simple easy return it’s usually updated the day before your WMR updates.
