      IRS.gov keeps telling me something is preventing me from obtaining my transcripts digitally.

      Anybody else having that issue, or have an idea why? I’m assuming it means they just haven’t processed them yet.

      I filed 1/15, was accepted later that day, and I have EIC.

          Had that problem last year. Found out I was using a debit card and not credit card. Also the phone number has to be in your name. This year both of those issues are corrected and no probs.
