Tried ordering my transcript. Every single time, over a number of days, , I press enter on the enter address screen, and I immediately go to a page that says they are experiencing technical difficulties. Happens to both my social and my husbands. Tried different internet browsers. Does this mean my transcripts are not ready? I would think the page would say transcripts not found, not technical difficulties.
