Transcript shows DD of 2/12 but SBTPG has red circle

Hi! Hoping someone can help.

My transcript and WMR shows my refund was approved with a DD OF 2/12.

I just logged onto SBTPG (so 4 days before expected DD) and it shows my refund amount, then received amount as $0 and date received is blank.

The circle is fully red and shows my TT fees as the dedication, then amount paid at bottom is $0.

Does anyone know if this is normal and will change closer to my DD or could it possibly mean I am not receiving my refund?

I spoke to someone from sbtgp and they said they have received a transmission notification from the IRS that money will be deposited on the 12th. He said as of now they have not received anything. Just so weird because everyone who does not do the 3rd party fee withdrawal has already gotten theirs early. He said he could not give any indication if it would be sooner than that. Regardless, hoping for a green circle tomorrow and an update.

Same thing here just emailed SBTPG and said ‘this does not indicate a problem with your refund”
I’m guessing the circle will turn green tomorrow at some point.

SBTPG was blank until today (2/10). Now I have the red circle showing fees, but the site says they’ve received $0 from the IRS.

Just a waiting game at this point. Could update or be deposited anytime between now and 2/12

SBTGP Has my refund had it red all weekend updated today around 12pm, has it green and about a bit red, but, my bank hasn’t received it, i hope i get it today if not tomorrow.

No, mine still looks like that.

After some lurking on the 2/5 deposit thread I saw others had this same screen but ended up getting their returns, so I’m hoping tomorrow it will update with no delays!!

This is normal. Should update within 24 hours or so of your DDD.
