Transcript say No Return Filed

I filed and the IRS accepted it, why does it say No Return Filed!? I filed 1/26

Filed 2/2 and accepted 25 min later EIC and CTC, all 4 say N/A for now.
My boyfriend filed and was accepted 2/2 without EIC & CTC, he hasn’t checked his transcripts yet bc he said and I quote “oh my God babe it’s easy too soon why would you even be checking that stuff now. ” My exact reply was 🙄🙄 but lots more attitude 😂🤣

It will say that until all 4 boxes show 2023. Have 1 or 2 shows it’s been received and is processing even if it states no return filed. That will change once it’s completed.

I filed around January 24th and was accepted a day or 2 later. My transcript still says no return filed as well. I wondered if I would have an issue because I went back to my maiden name last year but my W2 match my name change so there shouldn’t be any confusion other than prior years I have filed under a different name…
