Transcript Request Question

      I requested the online transcript yesterday. I got an error message that the info didn’t match and I would have to wait 24 hours to try again.

      Tried again. Was sent the email verification code. Put in the code and got a message saying my info does not match and I am blocked. I can try again in 24 hours.

      Is this a common issue?

          It appears to be a somewhat common problem with the new order online system. They have really tightened up security and will tend to issue that message if any little thing is off or if you have tried to enter your information too many times.

          Even when I was entering the correct information I was still getting the message that my information did not match etcetera. Had to go through the transcript by mail system, which sucks but I guess if it prevents fraud, we should just be overjoyed. Eyeroll. LOL

            Thanks Gilbert. I worry about everything – even when I use TT and they check it before it’s efiled.

              Same here. I cant register. But I was able to order through mail
