Transcript Refund Issue Date usually correct?

Hello! At some point between 7 am and 9:30 am my online transcripts became available. I filed and was accepted on the 29th, no EIC or ACTC. On my transcript I have cycle code 20180504 and my refund issued date says 2-06-2018.

In you guy’s experience, this year or past, is the date on transcripts usually correct or just an estimate of when you will receive? I paid my fees upfront and am just having it deposited to my normal bank so I realize there may be a two day delay from then but does the IRS usually deposit on that refund date or earlier or later?

Update on WMR this morning DDD 02/06 matches online account transcript date .

I’m praying we both see updates. All of us non-PATH 1/29 filers!

I am able to order both return and account transcripts by mail but I can’t view them online because it’s not accepting my cc info.

@Ashley – I am here with you hoping too. I field on 1/26, accepted 1/29. I have the child tax credit, but not EIC or the additional child tax credit. My transcripts have not updated either. In the past years I believe my transcript has updated on Thursday, and WMR update Friday night/Saturday with a DDD of the following Wednesday and then i deposit mine to a NetSpend card and it comes about 10:30PM on Monday before the DDD

I filed around 4 pm and was accepted with an hour.. keep checking throughout the day because mine didn’t change overnight, it was sometime this morning. :-)

What time did you file/were accepted on 1/29?

I filed same day no EIC or anything. But I can’t view transcripts. So I’m praying I will have an update Saturday as well.

I checked my account transcript from 2016 & the refund date was accurate 02/01/17 . That is the day I received my refund .

I filed early January & was part of the test batch . I was able to view online transcripts today & have the same information as you .

I assume the WRM will update on Saturday for a DDD of 02/07 . I am just guessing I never have checked transcripts until this year .

I don’t pay fees & elect to have refund DD in normal checking account .

No EIC OR ACTC .

I am also a certified tax professional & none of my clients that were accepted have seen movement on WMR ( Except 1 who updated to PATH) .
