Transcript Question. (transcript section was not working for me.)

Hello all! I am Jess and I am an impatient freak freaking out with waiting on these taxes. I tried to do get access to my transcripts, and everything went well UNTIL the phone verification. I have Verizon, not some pre paid account. A regular post paid. The account is in my name. And yet it is telling me, that it can not verify that this numbers in my name. WHaaaT?1 Does anyone have any experience with this issue, and is there anything I can do, aside from using the snail mail option? Something on Verizon’s end maybe? Thanks peoples!
