      For some reason I am being asked to recertify my information to get my tax transcripts. When I get to the financial information it gets difficult. I don’t have any of that information like I did when I first signed up. Does anyone know how to find that information out or what number I can call for help to reset it? I can’t find anything and it’s bugging the crap out of me. TIA!

          They say the go based off the Experian credit report but none of that is updated to my current account numbers like for example my student loans.

            Try creating a new account.Maybe your information is outdated.
