Transcript question

When I try to register for transcript it says a condition has been identified that prevents you from obtaining your transcripts online. What does this mean?

  Happened to my brother last year. He had a credit freeze on his FICO site to prevent ID theft. That in turn prevented him from online transcripts. He had to have it mailed.

  @Fe Were you able to verify a financial account number with a credit card, mortgage or home equity loan, or auto loan? If you can’t verify with one of those, you won’t be able to create an online account. I had to verify with our mortgage, and wasn’t able to with a credit card for some reason, to be able to continue with creating an account.
