i am trying to log in to the irs transcript site to pull my transcript. i’ve done this in previous years so i have a username/password. they want me to re-verify my account so it’s the typical verification process. when i get to the part where i need to enter last 8 of CC # or other loan acct #’s, i enter the last 8 of my CC and it keeps kicking me back saying it does not match what they are pulling from my credit report. i do not currently have any auto or home loan acct’s to use instead. has anyone had this issue b4? and has anyone tried using their debit card # even tho it says they cannot verify debit cards? if not, does anyone know if an old car loan acct # that has been closed will work? i’m asking these questions because i dont want to keep trying different things and then get locked out for 24 hrs like i did the other day. thanks!

Has to be an active account, cant be an old one thats been closed. And no, debit cards wont work
