      I have been trying to access my transcripts online and it keeps telling me my account has been locked due to information not matching the irs records even though i have never created an account yet. does anyone know how i can correct this without having to call the irs? i dont see why it should be this difficult. i filed with TT, accepted 1/17/17 and as of 0900 central time, wmr still shows only one bar with the standard tax topic 152. thank u in advance to anyone who replies!

          Path doesn’t mean complete, it means you claimed credits that will delay getting your refund and won’t have any updates on wmr until the 15th or later

            how do you know if you got the path message if you cannot access your transcripts?

              I don’t know bro…I’ve ordered every year but this year keep saying my info doesn’t match and I’ve never changed addresses. Soooooo I’m lost as well. OK the positive side. I got the path message today, so I know I’m complete with my refund being held
