      I have attempted to view my transcripts numerous times, but before I can even finish setting up the account to access them, I get a message that says:

      “A condition has been identified that is preventing your access to IRS online services. You will not be able to use this service.”

      Nobody has been able to tell me what that means, or if it’s bad.

      FWIW, filed and accepted 1/15, PATH since 2/15, no DDD.
