Transcript code 840 refund issued

I got code 840 refund issued with a date of 3/17/20 which updated on my transcript on 3/20. It’s says a paper check was sent out but it’s been 10 days since it was issued. Anybody else get this code or know why my refund would be processed by check when I had everything set up for DD? Also, how long does it normally take to get the check after the issue date?

I filled on 2/22/20 was accepted on 2/23
Bars disappeared with message we have recieved ur tax return and it’s still being processed. A refund date will be available
On 3/16 got letter idv
ID verfied on 3/18
On 3/22 message changed from still being processed to being processed.
Today 3/28 woke up to bar ls refund sent
DDD April 1
Payment will in account no later than the 6th

Sometimes they issue checks in middle of week and dont send out til Friday. How long it takes depends on which office its coming from and distance between office and your home. Good luck
