Does anyone know what the as of date on the transcripts mean? I’ve been at processed date of 2-11-19 but yesterday I noticed the as of date is 3-11-19, but my processing date is still 2-11-19. Looking back it appears that my DDD have been two-ish weeks prior to the as of date.

That 3/11 is a rolling date.
It can move up again at anytime.

From experience this is when they expect to complete your return unless at the date you get resequenced due to an error.

For example, I called the IRS yesterday. I have a processing date of 02/18/19. This is what my as of date was previously. After that date it changed to 03/11/19 and I have had no changes since. (We have received your return and it is being processed)

The irs which was very respectful explained that when my return went through the system it was resequenced, due to my primary SSN and secondary SSN were swapped compared to years prior. So it sent a flag to recycle. He also said that when this happens for that specific situation it usually takes 2-3 weeks for it to finish and process through.

If you notice my processing date and as of date are exactly three weeks apart. (2-18-2019/03/11/19).

I will update on this thread if anything changes.
            Processing cycle 20190505.
I do have an IRS offset which I was expecting.
