Transcript access coming and going

      Haven’t been able to access any transcripts this year so far using my updated address, but sometimes I have been able to get to the menu to order prior years transcripts using my previous address or attempt to order this years transcripts with no success, and other times I can’t do anything with old or new addresses.

      Could this be an indication of anything?

      Or is this just a weird occurrence?
