TPG has not received your federal tax refund.
If you have Earned Income Credit and/or Additional Child Tax Credit on your return, CLICK HERE for PATH Act info. Check your refund status at (WWW.IRS.GOV/REFUNDS). If your refund is delayed call 800-304-3107 to see if all or some of your refund is being collected through the Treasury Offset Program. If we receive your refund, it will be processed according to your original instructions. But when I call the offset number they don’t have an offset for me. SMH so where is my money???

@Kirkobanz89: Yeah, you’re right. If you don’t have any fees deducted from your refund, it will go straight to your bank account…no third party bank.

Thanks guys I was just kinda confused because I had 0 fees this year so I didn’t think if you hadn’t had fees your return wouldn’t get sent through TPG that it’ll go str8 to your account. But question I do owe back child support which I been catchin up on but it doesn’t exceed the amount of my refund, do they collect remaining balance and then foward you the rest to your account???

I have filed with TT since 2014 and have fee’s taken out of refund. I ALWAYS get my money exactly on my DDD by 2am Cali time. No worries your money is on its way.
