          I had to ID verify two years ago and they never sent me anything. I had to call them multiple times to get someone who knew what I had to do and all I had on WMR was “Your return is still being processed.”

            Minnie, while I can’t answer for sure, my experience last year was merely getting, “Your return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.” Searching the internet for information on that is what led to my finding out about this website. WMR didn’t provide me with any information, and after a week or two, my LTR 5071 C arrived in the mail.
