I’m so confused. WMR updated, but it’s showing there’s an offset. I have no offsets. I called the number and checked both options, and confirmed nothing is owed. I saw on a post from last year that it could be for the bank fees since it’s done through the Refund Processing Center, but just wondering if anyone else who went through Turbotax who does not have an offset is showing tax topic 203, too?

April it’s not on my transcripts at all. It’s on WMR, but the amount of my refund hasn’t changed. I checked IRS account, state account, and offset number and nothing is reported under ssn. I looked at previous years transcripts and they all look the same, too. I found this below link which is why I’m thinking it has to do with the bank fees being taken out of my refund?

I had an offset about 3-4 years ago and I haven’t seen 203 ever since it was cleared up so not sure are you seeing the 203 on your transcript or wmr

If you have ever had a offset it will say tt 203 . I know this bc I had offset in 2010 and 8 years later tt 203 still shows
