TOP says no debt wmr shows approved

      My refund was applied to my student loans in 2017. Got on the rehibilition program made 6 payments and ended up filling bankruptcy in July. Fats forward. Filed my taxes says approved and DDD of the 22nd. Call the prepaid card it is going to be deposited to rep said she says the refund in the full amount and should be available tmwr morning. If the TOP and WMR is showing and saying no offset do you think I will get my refund tmwr?

            Yes, I have defaulted student loans. We filed injured spouse (mfj) and TOP wasn’t showing any offsets. Got my deposit today in the full amount!

              If the TOP and WMR aren’t showing any offset…yes, you will get your refund on your scheduled DDD. :)
