TOOIC 203 OFFSET

      I have an offset.. Called the TOP and option 1 said no offset, option 2 stayed an offset of 515. Soooo looks like I’ll have 515 less coming to me on 2/6 correct?

          @Donald Yes, they will take what is owed and the remainder will be deposited on your DDD.

            Got ya.. good luck to you as well.. First time ever getting an offset .. It’s from my unemployment . I was laid off for 2 months and my w2 for it came late and the offset sounds like the taxes I would of paid on what I collected. Option 1 said I had no non taxable offsets But option 2 said I had a 515 offset of personal or state capacity ..

              Yes I have the same an offset, from what I have read should receive the balance on scheduled DDD
