Accepted 01/14 Have had 9001 since last week. I believe I am weekly. Hoping to update tomorrow morning. We shall see

many people probably qualified for actc this year and thats what put them on the Path

Child tax credit is not part of Path as it just lowers your taxes and is not refundable, however actc is refundable so it is part of Path as well as EIC

Accepted 01/14 have been on 9001 since 1/16, I updated to Path this morning

If you don’t have kids and make under 15k you have EIC

GOOD NEWS..IT DID UPDATE AROUND 3AM OR SO… Bad news is I have an offset so some of refund going towards repayment. I’m glad it did update. Wish everyone the best!

Yeah it’s because of the government shutdown that the system is not showing anything but the 9001 code will go away tomorrow or by Monday and you shall see your progress

Do you have transcripts available? If not then I think it means not processed yet, if that is true then there is nothing to update. I too am waiting, no transcripts still 9001, accepted 1/15 TaxACT
