YES being able to order transcript definitely means refund asap. No doubt about it. You don’t need to make silly phone calls, tell lies or dance on one leg.

Filed 2/2, lost bars a week ago, was able to order transcripts last night, bars back today at 5am EST with DDD given. No phone calls or anything was needed.

So in short, no bars and “still processing” does not mean panic and go nuts. I had all those, my refund amount disappeared too since last Saturday. But now DDD is next week. You’ll know for sure the moment you can order your transcript, almost always next day or 2 you get DDD.
