We filed 2/4 and was accepted 2/4. Had a DDD of 2/20 then recived a CP53 dated the 3/9 THEN 2 days later received a LTR 4883C dated 3/4! We physically went into the IRS office and was verified and told our bank had rejected the deposit (called the bank and they had no record of anything rejected) and we were being issued a paper check. Fast forward to 3/20 ordered transcripts and had codes of 150 with a date of 3/9 806 with a date of 4/15 971 3/9 570 3/9 571 3/16 846 3/16 841 3/16 today still nothing had changed on WMR or our transcripts so I called the number on the CP53 and was told the same thing as what we were told in the office. Then I called the number on the LTR 4883C and was told I needed to Id verif. I told them I had done that in person on 3/12 but they had no record of it. So I verified over the phone 3/24. Any insight on when I will possibly see a DDD date? Also we filed with Turbo tax and opted for the fee to be taken out of our refund.

Update: finally, after acceptance on 1/22. 846 on 3/20. No notice no letters just the freeze codes. I called irs directly. Had to go thru verify I’d. Had to mention no military experience no unemployment and no bankruptcy. They got really involved. But after talking nicely to the agents and finally asking for a supervisor. Calling to ask what dept had the hold on my refund. I have the release code now I figured about a week longer I should have my package. Good luck all.

I filed 2/2 lost bars/resequenced 2/9. TA sent request to release refund 2/17. She’s suppose to call me this Tuesday with hopefully good news. I haven’t received any letters.

Still nothing. Irs says 6-8 weeks from 2/9 is my general wait time.

any idea as to how long they can hold my return for?. btw, when i called advocate service, they asked me about the injured spouse form i filed last year. so, I’m assuming that’s what the hold up is about. i could be wrong. and my 21 day is Monday not today. my mistake. advocate will call me Tuesday if i haven’t gotten my ddd (which i hope i will have b4 then).

I contacted the advocate service friday. they’re issuing me someone to call me tomorrow. i asked if they could tell me what’s going on with my refund, and they simply said it’s under review. I have not received a letter at all and today is my 21st day… wmr still says “processing… will provide with a deposit date as soon as it’s available ” blah blah blah… checked transcript, and STILL no update.

The 570 means you have a freeze to your “release of funds” contact irs if you haven’t gotten a letter! The cycle date you are referring to is only the date the irs posted your account to their system….and it would have been released the same day IF you also had code 846 but due to the hold you have to wait for 571 which means freeze is lifted! Good luck!!

I was accepted 1/21. Wmr has been stuck so long I just get processing now. Ordered transcripts received 3 days ago. Have codes :150, 768, 570. Cycle date 20150705. Have learned that’s when I was done processing. Not timing for the hold on my account. I became ( unpostable on Feb 16.) No dd no 864 code of release for my cash. Call and agent says you will get the be patient notice. I don’t owe, They said nothing was wrong. I must keep in .Ind they really messed up the first batch.I’m still waiting.

I have been able to view my transcript for about a week and a half. I have codes 150, 766, 768, and 570. have had 570 for the entire time i have been able to view my transcript. my 21 day last case scenario is posted as 03/09/2015 and my cycle code is 20150705. I have read my deposit date is supposed to be feb. 26th.. within the last couple of days, I have checked wmr and my bars have just gone MIA with generic message of processing. I’m wondering if the delay might be because I had to file injured spouse last year… but i’m not sure. also I know that the new obamacare is probably holding things up… I’ve never had to wait this long to know what is going on with my refund… I filed feb 8th and was accepted feb 9th early morning. does anyone think I should contact irs about this?

Cycle code 20150705. WMR says it will be sent on the 25th. I filed using turbo tax so I checked the sbtbg and it has already been sent. Says it should be 1-2 days to post to my account :) Good luck everyone! I have a DDD of 2/25, a cycle date of 20150705 but my 846 code date says 03-09-2015. What does this mean?! WMR just says approved and not refund sent. My bank has nothing pending! Very confused!

I have a DDD of 2/24/15, and a cycle of 20150705, im able to request my transcripts that show an 846 code that the refund was issued. My accepted date was 2/4 and I bank with BOA, nothing pending yet, nor does anything show @ SBTPG. Hopefully I’ll get a confirmation soon.

I finally got a update also. DD for 2/25. Filed February 4, & patiently waited for an update. Was able to finally check my transcripts online Thursday with a cycle code of 20150705. With 846 refund issued. It’s been a long wait. Congrats to you all who finally got a DD.

I filed January 22nd. I received a notice four days before I was due for my refund requesting additional information. I faxed the information in the same night. I also have a tax payer advocate. I checked my transcript and it shows a cycle date of 20150705, but I don’t have the code 846. Can anyone give me some insight on this? Please.

Just got off the phone with the irs and he told me my ddd is 2/25 cycle code 20150705 he also said that my cycle date of 3/9/2015 has nothing to do with my ddd and that the wmr site should reflect that ddd tomorrow. … hope this helps!!!! Eased mind!!!

@ray that’s your tax transcript. Your income tax refund most like is 9000+ if you add everything up.
Your income was 27700+
Your taxable income which they only taxed you on is only 10000+ So out 0f 270000+ 17000 was not taxes.
I rounded the numbers sorry
So the 846 code is going to be a direct deposit
Off all the income you made you are gonna get $1700 from earned income tax, 7400 would be your taxes you paid and 152 for irs feels obligated idk

Got the same cycle code, with a 846 Refund Issued status on my transcript. called irs today and after the long hour 15 min wait he told me it will be sent on Wednesday. Hope that helps somebody

Quick update! I wasn’t able to pull up my transcripts until this morning, if you filed with an AR you won’t have to wait that long. I just got a call to pick up my refund at the office! I wasn’t due for pick up till march 9th.

I have the same cycle code 20150705 with only 1 bar on the wmr….. hoping for a change in the morning….I also have a website for the bank where all the dd are sent before they hit your account you use your ss# filling status and refund amount abs it tells you is you’re money is deposited yet

If you request your transcripts (online is faster) it should give you an actual issue date. That more than likely is your ddd, although most cycle codes would seem to be accurate, it’s honestly just an internet myth that has developed over the past few years.
