      I have used taxalayer since 1998. I even used their professional version for many years. This will be the last year I use them. I spoke with Donna at river city this morning and she first tried to tell me the irs won’t send my money to them until the 22nd. When I told her I knew that wasn’t the case she told me to call the IRS and do a trace. Which is ridiculous. So I called taxalayer. The lady there was just as rude but guaranteed me that my refund would be in my account on the 22nd. No earlier but it would not be late.

      I will no longer use taxalayer. Anyone else get the same rudeness from them??

            I had a refund sent to my wife’s account the bank sent it back to you guys cause my name was not on the account I’m wondering how long before you guys gete a check sent to me with my refund

                I will NEVER use taxslayer again! They are a bunch of liars, as well as rivercity bank! I filed my taxes on 2/17, it was accepted by irs same day. Not thinking clearly, i used my boyfriends myvanilla card for DD & my name is not on the account so they rejected it & issued paper checks. Got my RA of $500 2 days after rivercity sent it out which was SUPPOSEDLY 2/22. When i called rivercity they said both checks were sent same say. Umm its 3/8 still no check! Taxslayer was NO help, 3 ppl told me diff stories. River City also lied to me twice! This is ridiculous, i want my money! I NEVER had ANY issues like this with turbotax. Taxslayer & River City can go eat shi*!

                    Automated number is 18558642743 and to talk to a live person call 18888207848. My deposit came in at 5:30pm Eastern time.

                            Mine was updated on the automated line as of 830 this morning. Said it had been sent to my bank. So far nothing pending in my bank

                              I have a DDD of 2/22. I called the automated River city bank number, less than an hour ago, and it said my refund was processed but they haven’t received my funds yet. 5 minutes later I called the number where you can speak to a live person. I spoke to a very nice lady who informed me they received my refund, took their fees out and sent it to my bank this morning. She said it could take up to 48 hours, but it’s on the way. Info from the automated number isn’t accurate. So now I’m just waiting on my bank to receive it.

                                I tried calling and I was told that they didn’t show my funds coming in until tomorrow. I have a DDD of 2-22. Has anyone else gotten this response or did I just get the standard lazy response.

                                  Called customer service rep and was informed that fees have been paid and refund was sent to my bank idk bluebird was late with my check last night I was supposed to have it by 10 pm but I got it 1 hour later… must be the tax rush 🤔

                                    Do not ever use myvanilla for your refund! They are trying to tell me my deposit can be rejected because mine and my husband’s name is on it. They said they can’t have a tax return that has more than the primary S. S. Number on it! No joint returns! People beware!

                                      Don’t listen to the automated system it is wrong you have to call. Have called them and they said they received my refund and sent it to my bank. Good luck everyone see you next year.

                                        Dont’ go by the automated number. It does not update regularly. Call them at 1-888-820-7848

                                            Y’all should check y’all accounts I just checked my Rushcard and my tax refund is there!! I used Liberty and had fees taken out my refund..

                                              Lady from river city said to expect my resend I be in their system in the morning and they would send it to my bank within 10-15 minutes. She said the refunds should hit overnight, she hopes. She was actually a very polite, helpful person. We shall see. Nothing about holding or the 27th. I think they have finally got tired of people calling them out on the, “irs is holding all refunds with EIc). I don’t even have EIC.

                                                I switched to taxslayer for the first time this year due to the “loan” they offered. They denied me the loan. So there was no benefit for me switching to them. I won’t be back next year.

                                                        Just called river city and taxslayer. River city is trying to say the irs will not release refunds with eic until the 22nd. So they can’t release them. Which is not true. They are using that excuse to hold funds. Taxpayers should not have charged me any fees. Unsent thru the irs free file site. Different answers from different people. I just filed a complaint against tax slayer with the ir s for advertisimg they participate in free file and then charging customers. Curtis the messages you are getting is the same for everyone else. It means your bank application has been approved but they are saying they do not have your refund yet. Check irs.gov for your refund ddd

                                                          Hey y’all I called the river bank number and it said my application has been processed. Does that mean the irs had processed my returns and I’m just waiting for a ddd. Also my wmr page hasn’t said i was apporoved yet.

                                                              There is someone on the main page that says she just got her refund from River City. So I pick up the phone and call the automated number and same old same old “your application has been processed but your refund has not yet been received”, “please call the IRS, blah, blah, blah.

                                                                They are just delaying funds. They received them, hopefully they will send them out tomorrow. They should have sent them Friday when they got them. But telling customers they haven’t been received and they should call the irs for a trace is ridiculous. I would be happier if they just told me the truth that they hadn’t processed them yet. We all know the irs isn’t waiting until 2/20 or 2/21 to send the funds to our bank. They have already sent them knowing there would be a delay with Presidents’ Day. It is a river city bank issue, not irs. And I shouldn’t have had funds taken out in the first place. I was free file. It automatically switched my account to this when I applied for the refund now, which I was denied for.

                                                                  Expecting something to happen tonight around 10:30 pm and later the holiday hours will be officially over for the Treasury I am not sure how River City Bank works however I did get my state one day before the date my date was 9th I received on 8th smh Lawrd I hope 🤞 the Federal doesn’t go much the same.

                                                                          They are overwhelmed with calls at this point they will tell you whatever gets you off the phone the fastest. It will be before the 22nd, but they can’t tell you exactly when. Nobody can 🤷
