      Anyone having their fees taken out from taxslayer? I was wondering if there is a way to check if RCB has gotten my refund.

          I am having the same issue. Wmr says still processing and has since a couple says after I always accepted. And rcb says refund has been processed but they haven’t received my refund. Filed and accepted 4/19. Any help at all will help a lot. Please I am beyond confused please

              855-864-2743 appears to be a fraudulent number.

              http://verify.rcbtaxdivision.com/ to verify a check or 888-820-7848. We had a check come in today with this fake number on it.

                  Wheres my refund says My refund has been sent but i have not gotten my money. Using taxslayer and chose fees to be taken out. Is there a way I can check online if River City bank has received my funds?

                          Just checked the bank taxslayer uses. It saidreturn has been processed bit refund has not been received. Please contact IRS about deposit date. What does this mean?

                              1-855-864-2743 option 2 I’m guessing if you didn’t pay fees upfront you may be waiting longer
