Taxes on hold?

So, I was commenting on an IGMR fb post about my information not matching on WMR, even though they were accepted on 1/18. I filed electronically with Jackson Hewitt. I chatted with an online representative to see if they can tell me anything. They said my taxes are “on hold”. What does that mean?! I asked the representative but all they said was to call and talk to someone.

I filled early and got accepted in test batch. Eic and all that for me. I checked today and I also have the thing that says mine is delayed. What the heck.
