Taxes accepted but not submitted?

      Submitted Driver License Number
      Received email accepted 1 hour later
      WMR bar showed next morning Accepted
      Still at 1 Bar
      Unable to Order Transcript
      Last Year delayed by WEEKS So….
      Called Tax Advocate and they stated that they are unable to help as my taxes where not submitted as of yet.
      Called IRS but keep hanging up after hours (any tips will be appreciated)
      IRS IVR did state that it was accepted and still processing so what is going on? What does it mean that my taxes where not submitted?
