      I filed with taxact but cant even seem to log into their site.. when i call the number it just gives me the same automated message stating that republic bank doesnt have any record of my refund until the irs has actually sent the refund. Do i actually have to create a login for this or will it actually allow me to login once the refund is actually there?

      Also, i was reading that someone called a number and spoke with a republic bank employee who oversees the refunds. The employee gave the person a transaction id which she then turned around and called her bank to get it deposited faster. Anyone seen this? Does it work?

          So if Republic bank sends notification that my refund has been sent to my account, does it really take 5 days to post?

              Thanx cc, I called the number and followed the prompts. It has processed my refund, deducted the fees I chose to pay, and sent my deposit to my bank. So now i just have to wait for my bank to credit my account. Which the automated message states can take from 1 to 5 days. Good luck everyone.

                I filed with TaxAct and this year they didn’t update anything. Usually the log in is your phone number and password, or email address if you chose that option. I logged in and they haven’t updated their information to reflect that my return has been approved. I don’t think I will be using TaxAct next year, though I did get a higher refund than Turbo Tax was going to give me.

                    Thanks I talked to a really nice lady at Republic and verified that it was going into the correct acct. Tried to get a transaction number but she said they did not have one. Said it could deposit anytime up to five business days but it should be in my acct by tomorrow morning. At least i can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

                            Filed 1/21 with taxact ddd 2/10. Just found out republic got my refund and sent the money to my bluebird acct. Called bluebird no $$ yet wondering if anyone knows a number to actually talk to someone at republic.

                              Good day,
                              Republic bank states through their automated system that they have deducted my fees however I still see that there is no refund received on their website. Republic bank rep says that there will be an update at 4pm today. I am receiving a check from my preparer. So we’ll see. Hopefully this is true

                                Filed 1/22 with tax act..bars went missing 1/29…stayed MIA until 2/5 when I got a Ddd of 2/10..republic updated and now it’s just a matter of time…Marry Taxmas everyone :)

                                    Approved 2/6 – DDD 2/10

                                    Deposit has been made into the Republic Bank this morning with fees deducted.
                                    States that a deposit has been sent to my bank Bank of America.
                                    So I will assume I will not get the deposit until tomorrow as stated.
                                    I have read this forum and it has kept me sane during this process.
                                    Thanks so much for those who shared valuable information.
                                    As with all of us, this is has been a different type of filing season.

                                        I checked the republic bank site and they haven’t received my refund, spoke to a rude rep and they haven’t received it either. I called the automated system and it says that they haven’t received it but now it’s giving me the option to listen to fees deducted from my refund. How is that option possible if they don’t have my money? The option first came available at 8am cst

                                          I filed 2/2 through taxact accepted the same day and received a ddd of 2/10 on 2/6. Republic updated for me this morning and they have taken there fees out and sent the deposit to my netspend checking account. Hopefully it comes through by about 4pm cst as that is the time I’m used to getting my deposits. I believe they’re updating a lot this morning so those who haven’t updated just keep checking as they update all day.

                                                  I have a ddd of 2/10. This is my first time I filed and had fees taken out. Republic bank has not received my refund yet.. I’m central time does that matter?

                                                        The Republic taxpayer site doesn’t work for me, but when I call they have my info. If you can’t get into the site, call their automated system. I called before 8am eastern time and they didn’t have my refund. But, when I called back at 8:20am eastern…. they had received it.

                                                            Just checked republic bank and said they have received it and it’s being sent…. Had to happen after 1:00am cst last night.

                                                            STILL haven’t got my Amex serve card in the mail and my login to my Amex account don’t show a deposit yet …. But at least republic has it finally.

                                                                TBH ive filed same way past 3 years and always get DD the day of at 7 am
                                                                Just anxious this year seeing everyone else get their money

                                                                I know this is strange but everytimei log into republic taxpayer from my android, message saying login failed but sign in just fine from my ipod touch smh im guessing its the web browser. Using chrome on android, safari on iPod. Happy spending everyone, hoping something drops today but tomorrow morning at the latest.

                                                                  I used TaxAct always paid up front…. Not this year tho have DD of 2/10 RB has no refund for me, netspend has no pending deposit either…. I’m so aggravated this year I filed on 1/6 accepted 1/14 lost bars 1/30 ordered transcripts 2/5 got bars and DD 2/6 no money yet tho

                                                                    Did you pay your fees upfront? Because if so, your money will go directly to your bank I believe.

                                                                    If not, make sure you’re using the primary taxpayer (ie spouse) SS to log in.
