      Hoping for some clarification here. WMR states my refund was sent on 2/22 (all 3 bars). The amount on the side has not changed. Tax Topic 203 is listed there where it says my refund “may be” reduced. I called the hotline and it also says 1 debt to the Dept of Ed and my refund “could” be offset but there was no amount.

      I am so confused. Am I getting this refund? Any help would be appreciated.

          My story is the EXACT same as yours!! Did you get your refund or did they keep it??! It’s the not knowing that’s killing me!

            So what does that mean? Earlier this week it showed my adjusted amount and this morning is said tt203. I have student loans but I’m paying on them. I owed the IRS back taxes but the adjusted amount reflected that amount. How long do offsets normally take?

              I have the same issue.. No money on card ddd 2/22 $still posted tt203. No money pending but all 3 bars.. I have student loan offset.. 2008 just defaulted a few months ago..

                Oh, and I have not gotten a letter about intent to offset.
