      How long does it take to process your tax return if you have a offset? It’s been almost 21 days and I’m still sitting at still processing and tax topic 152. Off set is for child support.

          It still takes the normal amount of time to process. They’ll intercept the monies due and refund you back any balance . The custodial parent is who has to wait weeks or even months to receive your intercepted payment.
