      I owe taxes back from 2015 but saw the code 971 Tax period blocked from automated levy program with a date of 12-10-2018 on my 2017 transcript. Does anyone know what this means? Is it blocked from levying my wages to pay back taxes? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
