      Just because you have kids does not mean you are affected by PATH. Many tax payers do not receive EIC or ACTC because according to the govt. We make too much. You will never see anyone who receives their DD prior to 2/15 I can guarantee that. The reason why the govt. Delays your refunds is because the refund amounts are very high which makes the fraud amount high.
