Tax act filers and bars disappearing

I have noticed after following different discussions that a lot of people that used Tax Act to file are the ones that have had the bars disappear on WMR and replaced with still processing message. Mine disappeared over 2 weeks ago and I have not received a letter in the mail. Anyone else have the same thing happen that filed with taxact and any information from the IRS if you called?

I filed and was “accepted” 1/24, used tax act. My bars disappeared last Saturday, still processing message. Can’t order return transcripts, just account. So frustrated. I only had school credits which apparently isn’t being held. Tomorrow will be my 21st day since being accepted. Starting to worry. I keep hearing people say that just because it says accepted the 24th it doesn’t necessarily mean it was accepted by the IRS on that date. I hope I get it within the week or next.

I filed with H&R Block, and my friend did with Turbotax. Neither of us has either credit that would delay refund and we both lost bars. I lost mine last week, she lost hers 2 weeks ago. No letters, no codes, etc. I did call and was told that it wasn’t processed yet and she didn’t see any problems. I don’t think it’s us, I think it’s them. Still hard not to worry. My son filed 1/29 and got his return 2/7 but his was small with no deductions.
