Has anybody with Tax Act been able to order transcripts, or has any update on their info?

I am not sure if this means anything at all, but figured I would share. I have been trying to order transcripts now for a few days and when trying to enter information, the system gave an error saying the information did not match. I did move since last year, so I tried both my old and new address. No luck. So, I tried calling the transcripts hotline, and it was not recognizing my SSN, which worried me!

So I called, and figured this would be a sure way to get info on my return also. The IRS still had my old address is their system, and the woman did update it. She also gave me the generic response to the status of my refund. No luck there.

So I take from this, that the IRS has not even touched my refund, since the new address on my return was not even updated. I am also *hoping* that maybe since she updated it, that might help it along – doubt it.

I filed on January 24th and accepted on the 24th. I can order my account transcript but not return transcript..does that mean I’ll have my DAD soon? I was hoping for 2-5…any help would be appreciated.

I ordered my 2015 account transcript on January 30th, but with old address. Filed 18th, accepted 19th. 2015 return transcript still not available. WMR still at 1 bar. :(

I filed with Taxact on the 7th was accepted on the 13th and only one bar… Today I was able to order both account and return transcripts!! Finger crossed for DDD tomorrow!!

I filed with TA every yr for about 4 yrs for myself and my friends and family filed 1/19 accepted 1/19 was able to order account transcripts 1/29 always got update on Saturdays with refund on Wednesdays or Fridays

I’m about to order my Acct Transcript but not Return. Someone in another post said that if you can order your Account Transcript today then your Return one should be available tomorrow….don’t know how much truth there is to that but I’ll check tomorrow…

Filed TaxACT 1/19 before midnight accepted 1/20 via wmr 1 bar every since I’m able to order account transcripts but not return received my refund always on a Wednesday or Friday year before 2014

I filed mine on 1/19 and accepted on 1/19. still at 1 bar and not able to access either of my transcripts nor both my children’s transcripts…this is taking longer than I have ever seen

I filed with TA on 1/15 accepted the same day. I can not order transcript and wmr still on 1 bar.

I filed with TA on 1/11 got accepted 1/13… I must say I’m getting a lil anxious and worried as I have not made any progress on WMR… still at 1 bar… Should I be worried… It’s never taken this long. Is it just a TaxAct thing?

Accepted same day and i only have one bar and unable to order transcripts. I had my refund in 8 days from date of opening last year and im getting worried. I think i will try tt next year.

Congratulations to those who can order transcripts. I remember last year, the day after I was able to view my transcripts online, I received a DDD. I was kinda hoping for something similar to that this year. But last year I filed on the 18th and was accepted the same day. I didn’t get my refund til 2/4. My coworker who filed after me received her refund a whole week earlier.. So if I don’t get a DDD for Friday then I know it will probably be on 2/5.

I’m getting super pissed off that people that filed after 1/18 can get transcripts. No offense to them my anger is at the IRS and Tax Act and other providers. I filed on 1/15 figuring test batches were over. I wanted to be first in line on 1/19 but I think I’m stuck in the test batch group that hasn’t been able to order transcripts.

Yes, I filed with TaxAct on 18th, accepted 19th and was able to order my transcript today. The IRS agent told me yesterday that they cannot order transcript until return has been completely processed so I’m taking this as a good sign that should see DDD update over night

I filed with Tax Act on January 16th and was accepted on January 19th. I have had 1 orange bar on WMR since the 19th and as of a few hours ago, I was still unable to order any transcripts.

I split my refund last year into two accounts and the same for this year I was a weekly then wonder if that’s why it took 20 days?

I filed with TaxACT also on 1/19 accepted on 1/20 Less than a hour later one bar and still one bar. No transcripts as of yet republic Bank also doesn’t have a expected refund date for me I find that troublesome because all other years I atleast had an estimate date?

I filed taxact got accepted the 12 not approved yet tho but from what I’m reading is that early filers get ddd tomorrow fingers crossed
