Tanscripts N/A – Anybody having this problem?

I have never received a transcript – didn’t know it was an option until I read yesterday on this forum that you could. So I went to the IRS site …. created an account & answered some security questions (may possibly have answered 1 of them wrong). When I selected for my online transcript it told me that they were unable to process my request & to call the IPSU (ID Theft). UGH! So I did – TWICE! Both times they told me that 2014 transcripts were not ready yet (not mine but 2014 in general) which puzzled me because so many others have theirs. I would assume they were talking about mine but I was told this before I gave any of my information. I also had them both to look over my account to see if there was an issue with ID Theft … They told me they didn’t see anything.

So again today I’ve went in thinking maybe it would “reset” after 24hours to try to request a transcript. Still nothing. Tried to do it by mail & it tells me both account & return are unavailable.

I filed through TT on 2/2 before 9am & was accepted in less than an hour. IRS told me yesterday they didn’t show that they received it until 2/3. WMR bars have been gone since 2/3 & the message says still processing. IRS told me yesterday that mine wasn’t even processed yet.

I’m so confused. I’m a single mom that needs this check. It’s getting frustrating. Anybody else been given the IPSU message when trying to check transcripts?

Same here. I’ve been locked out as well. Called this morning and told that that 2014 tax transcripts not available. I was hoping that this meant they were working on my taxes yesterday, but today no WMR update and still can’t access transcripts. I have 2 dependents that I claim every year and an education credit. Not sure if this makes a difference. I usually get my refund within a week and I filed a week ago.
