      I see they have cracked down on this number. I use to be able to get through to someone on this number and now its saying extreme call volume and try again later.

          I called yesterday and was able to get thru, he said that because I had filed for the stimulus credit the system sent it to errors even though its nor errand could take up to 10 weeks. Does and know how to help me create a account for transcripts without a credit card
