Student loan acct issues when ordering transcript

I have tried my account number on statements, my ssn, my consumer report loan number. Nothing is recognized!!! Wtf?! Any suggestions. Trying to see what transcripts say… filed and excepted 2.2 on hrb free file, both eitc and actc… been stuck on 1 bar since 2.2. No updates to path message. Any ideas?!

@smkillion mine are through Nelnet Andy account number that I see online in their system is numbers and letters so I had to call and get the account number they use to report to Experian that’s on my credit report. It’s all numbers with no letters.

Is your loan thru nelnet?if so what is account number like i called and got mine but still saying info dont match.locked me out

Call whoever you get your school loan from and ask for the account number that is used to report on your credit report. That’s the one irs uses. Just finally got into mine.

Same thing happened to me. I was locked out for 24 hours because it won’t recognize my student loan account number or my credit card account number. Ugh

Just went through this process five minutes ago but am now waiting for the pin in the mail from the IRS. Went pre-paid and they won’t recognize my phone.

I’ve been trying to track down which loan account number they used. I have Navient and of course there’s all of these individual loans. BUT!

On your 1098-E there’s your account number!

Hunting all over the place and it was right in my tax paperwork lol.
