My husband and I filed on January 28th and accepted same day. We filed jointly. When I go on ‘where’s my refund” it’s showing “we have received your tax return and it is being processed” I’ve had this message since the day I filed. I don’t understand why it’s not updating it’s so frustrating waking up every morning to the same message it’s been a month since we filed. And it pisses me off even more because we paid hr block over 400 dollars to do our taxes and they said we should get our tax refund by February 18th. It’s way past the 18th and we need our money. I just wanted to know has anyone received their direct deposit without wmr updating cause I constantly check my bank account also to see if our money is in there.

@osrael90: No problem. I get it. I was freaking out myself. I always get my refund by February 20th and I’m single mom to a two year old! Lately hes been sick so I have barely worked, so really need my refund. So I get it. Get on the IRS. Call main number, select English (1), Personal returns (2), and then hit 00000

@Osrael90: I’d try calling the IRS if I were you. Bc some of these people with 60 day reviews (see below) received letters, others didn’t and were told over the phone.

I can also tell you that most of us who were sent the 60 day review letter on February 20th, got a DDD for 3/4 yesterday, February 29th.

@Osrael90 Yeah, if you dont have any of the irs online account verification items, I don’t either, you won’t be able to view transcripts online.

But, I heard a rumor that the IRS had an internal service error so many people who filed early got “60 day reviews.” Basically, I think, to give the IRS more time.

How do you know what your cycle number is? I can’t access my transcripts. It’s asking for credit card account number or auto loan account number I don’t have nothing like that. My husband and I are poor.(We Both work at Wendy’s) We have no credit cards or nothing like that.

Same boat. Filed 1/27 Accepted 1/29. Cycle 20200705. Received 1 bar, then PATH on 2/15, then “processing.” Incredibly frustrating.

I’m going to wait one more cycle before I decide on what to do – call or wait longer or get a TA. Thanks IRS!

Check your transcripts then call the IRS. You’re probably under review like the rest of us
